Return & Exchange Policy:

 

All sales are final. Hestée Bleu, Ltd reserves the right not to issue refunds or exchanges on any of the sold items. We have a no-cancellation, no refund, and no exchange policy. 

 

NO Refunds or Exchanges on any purchases. All Sales are Final. All Sales are Sold "As is". 

In-stock items normally ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Furniture, Custom, and Special-Order items cannot be canceled.

General Policy:
Sale items and special orders cannot be combined with coupon codes and cannot be combined with special coupon codes or additional discounts.


No Hold Policy:
Paid merchandise must be picked up within 5 business days, if not picked up and arrangements have not been made, we may consider purchased items abandoned and returned to inventory. All Sales are Final, No Refunds or Exchanges! You will be charged a 35% restocking fee on all furniture. 


Picture v. Reality:
Finishes, colors, texture, and graining variations in leather, wood, and stone are NOT imperfections. Color representations on computers differ based on the settings of your screen or the display. It’s the customer's responsibility to request higher quality pictures or come in to see the item if it is carried in the store. Customers may not dispute color, finish, texture, or any other physical attributes after the delivery of the product or pickup.


Shipping time:
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement. Upon receipt of your order. In-stock items normally ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed, unless indicated otherwise on the product page. Delivery can take 1-4 weeks after the shipping day, depending on the destination. These are only estimates; we do not guarantee the dates.  Please be advised that most products are available for immediate shipment. However, delivery time depends on what a customer actually orders, due to product availability and special orders, it may take longer to arrive. Especially, if the products ordered are oversize, fragile, or imported.


In-store pickup:
Products sold in-store are available for pick up, unless otherwise noted. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after 4 PM EST.

 

Online Refund Policy:

You could cancel immediately after placing your order, or before transit, otherwise, no cancelation policy will be processed. The customer can cancel during the transit if the customer pays for the round-trip transit fee and related costs. Deliveries canceled on the day of delivery will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Original delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable. When purchasing discounted, package bundles or sale items, no refunds or reselections are allowed on any items delivered. All Sales are Final. For most furniture, you were able to view, touch, and measure your order in-store, we do not allow returns, refunds, or reselections.

 

Damage Claims:

All Sales are Final. All furniture, décor, and furnishings are "sold as is". 

 

Delays:
Delays may occur for the following reasons: busy seasons, holiday seasons, product delays, customs delays, and other factors beyond our control. Customers will be notified when a delay occurs, and all efforts will be directed in order to get the product to the customer. Hestée Bleu, Ltd is not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer.
